2018 Umbria Rosato
Tasting
Lively ruby hue. Preserve the nose with captivating sensations of red bud roses, composed of raspberries and cherries, vanilla, tobacco. In the mouth it is elegant and warm with red fruit and discreet tannins finesse in closing.
Wine type: dry rosé
Grapes: 100% autochthonous grape variety
Harvest: 14 October 2019, manual harvesting of the grapes, in crates, sorting the final.
Vinification: fermentation with the grape’s skins for 4 days at a temperature of 28-32°C. Spontaneous clarification without filtration.
Aging: short passage in 10HL oak barrels.
Pairings: accompanies grilled and roasted, braised or stewed red meats, game and aged hard cheeses.
Serving temperature: 18/20°C, it is recommended to open at least one hour before to serve
